this is the most confusing program ever....downloaded the course and no where is there instructions how to proceed next...no on line help ....very frustrating!!!!
The above four-minute video explains in detail how to proceed with your courses - from initial purchase to opening and navigating through the course. Final exam instructions are also given. Hopefully this video will provide you with the appropriate instructional assistance.

I finally got the audio to work and am now able to view the videos. The audio had been a problem for over a month, but now is working fine. I should be able to progress on the three courses now.

I have completed ch 1 module, but I'm unable to proceed to the next. Am I missing something? I have watched the video, I'm still trying to learn this new website.
