My purchased CE courses are not showing up in my library.  Is there a waiting period between the time of my order and access to my materials?  Thanks

I see the courses you purchased are all Live, so you will not receive any courses in your account. Our live courses are held at the school and all done in class. If you need any further assistance, please dont hesitate to reach out. Thanks! -Nikki TREBS Team

I do need help then Nikki - I cannot go to the school and do live classes, so I've purchased the wrong courses then.  What can I do to fix this, as I was planning to get most of the CE's done this weekend.
